Hello pals,
i'm doing a project on comfort foods. apparently i love doing projects about food (remember food habits?)
my grandfather passed away a few weeks ago, and i have decided that in order to help in my healing i'm going to try out other peoples "comfort foods" and see how they make me feel!
so what is your comfort food? or comfort foods?

How do you eat????
do you have a weird ritual?
do you move all your food into its own section before you eat?

Dear Maine friends,
I'm not sure if many of you know, but a close friend of mine passed away a few weeks ago. His name was Gordon Riker. He was killed while riding his bike. His family has started a foundation in his name to promote bike safety in Boston. His brother is keeping his clothing company, Art Terror, alive also. This Saturday there is a benefit show, and the money will go to the foundation. Art Terror clothing will also be sold, and the money will go to the foundation and to keeping Art Terror going.
I know many of you didn't know Gordon or how amazing he was, but he had a huge impact in my life and so many others lives also. I know so many of you travel around to go to shows in Mass, especially Boston. If you guys made it to Boston for this show, it would mean the world to me and all of his friends and family.
Vanna is signed to Epitaph, and Therefore I Am features the one and only Travis Alexander. Its going to be an incredible and memorable show, because the bands that are playing were also good friends of Gordon.
PLEASEEEE make a road trip of it! It will be a nice break from Maine! If anybody wants to stay at my apartment you're more than welcome! Bring air mattresses! I have a couple of couches and a big bed, COME TO ALLSTON!!!!

ATTENTION! DO YOU WANT TO LIVE IN BOSTON THIS SUMMER????
i'm subletting my apartment for the summer
$500 a month (heat..which you obviously wont use anyway.. and water included).
electric is about $10 a month and gas is about $7.
we don't have cable, but do you really need cable in the summer? netflix is whats up.
we steal wireless, so thats free.
my apartment is on brighton ave in Allston, like a 2 minute walk up towards harvard ave from the packards corner T stop.
Seriously, this is an awesome price for an apartment in Boston, I just can't afford it. Let me know asap! You can move in either mid may and pay 1/2 rent or the beginning of June! |

I'm doing a myspace artists manual as my final project for my Materials, Methods, and Meanings class. In order for this to work how I want it to I need everybodys help!
